Du Bois this month, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the NAACP. It’s a little unusual for the small publisher, which is known for its nonfiction and niche titles. But when publisher Rudy Shur came across <EM>The Gift of Black Folk: The Negroes in the Making of America</EM> at the Knights of Columbus Museum, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to reissue the 1924 book. “It’s almost like finding a hidden treasure....
