ratilfar says: Immunity is rarely give, for the reasons stated above, yet read what the article says below: "Three senior law enforcement officials said all the Blackwater bodyguards involved — both in the vehicle convoy and in at least two helicopters above — were given the legal protections as investigators from the Bureau of Diplomatic Security sought to find out what happened. The bureau is an arm of the State Department." I seen that coming, so now Black Water have just been given a license too kill anyone they want. Many U.S. personnel are exempt from prosecution. A Blanket immunity. A criminal element, declaring it's self to be immune from any charges whatsoever. In both the U.S. Mainland, and overseas postings. They Do not have the Authority to do this, and deserve to be held in contempt by anyone who has ever been convicted on criminal charges. Still they don't give a damn. Utterly self serving, and they do this with a Military capacity, that is being stretched and whittled away. Sure they can avoid the courts, but no-one lives for very long when life is looked at in retrospect. As they have judged, so they will judge themselves, if anyone with the associated lack of integrity, has any future but oblivion. Oblivion is the soft option. |
