To think you would need to clip this or the writer of the article would need to write this makes assumptions that do not exist other than in the minds of those choosing to divide people. I don't care anything at all about the 70 to 90% of decent Muslims. It's the 10 to 30% that I'm concerned about and the 95% who do not speak out against the radical elements of their faith. I know Muslims and Christians all good people. I am still leaning towards Islam on a personal level. Why not just leave the comment, no matter what it is? Why not let viewers draw their own conclusions? If someone is being a dick, give people credit for having the smarts to see through the bullshit. Disenvoweling and/or Blocking comments is censorship, plain and simple. It testifies more to the Moderator's intolerance, insecurity, and personal power trip, than it does for proper rules of decorum. For example, I am being blocked by JackieDel because she cannot forgive me for reminding her that the unprovoked ad hominem attacks she made, and encouraged another on her clip to make, against me, are a wrong, a transgression, a debt incurred, as it were. Okay...here's the deal. I have decided, I will not put up with people ruining my clips by using them as a soapbox for their own agendas any longer, be it trolling, rudeness, unprovoked personal attacks against myself or any commenters on my clips, left/ right bashing, name-calling, etc. I do not disenvowel, as nasty comments simply aren't worth the time or effort it takes to do so.
