</DIV></blockquote><div style="height: 2px; font-size: 2px; background: #dcdcdc; border-bottom: solid 1px #f5f5f5; margin: 2px 4px;"></div><blockquote style="text-align: left; padding: 0px 8px; margin: 4px 0px 8px 0px; background: transparent; border: none;" cite="http://jk.scol.com.cn/09/0715/11/OC0QBK1EGJAJ83HX.html"><DIV>　　这个不幸的消息，让张海超回忆起了2007年1月他所在单位曾在新密市卫生防疫站为职工做过体检，还拍了胸片。“今年1月6日，我到新密市防疫站查询，防疫站说2007年拍胸片时就发现我的肺有问题，并通知单位让我去复查，但单位并没有通知我。”张海超说，他又找到单位询问，才知道单位私自扣下了复查通知。
</DIV></blockquote><div style="height: 2px; font-size: 2px; background: #dcdcdc; border-bottom: solid 1px #f5f5f5; margin: 2px 4px;"></div><blockquote style="text-align: left; padding: 0px 8px; margin: 4px 0px 8px 0px; background: transparent; border: none;" cite="http://jk.scol.com.cn/09/0715/11/OC0QBK1EGJAJ83HX.html"><DIV>　　由于振东公司单方不配合，张海超无法到职防所进行鉴定，而其他综合类医院又无权对职业病进行鉴定。无奈，张海超于今年2月7日到新密市政府有关部门求助。“直到今年5月，新密市信访局终于表态，由郑州市职防所为我的病情进行鉴定。”张海超说，5月25日，郑州市职防所出具了诊断证明，让他震惊的是，鉴定结果是“无尘肺0期(医学观察)合并肺结核”。给出的意见是：进行肺结核诊治，建议到综合医院进一步诊治。
