This basically involves taking the v1 command set: snmp_get for example, and putting a 2 or 3 in place. snmp2_get, snmp3_get. I believe the SNMP library is available in the PECL package that can be downloaded with the Windows Binary of the current PHP version. Linux folks I think have abit more compiling to do!
