This makes the decline in the bee population over the last couple of years a matter of even more concern. Undoubtedly, there are people who would, without this information, consider either the trees or the bees not worth saving were they endangered.

As they used to say, "Bee healthy; eat your honey!"

We've been using it for a couple of years. Every house should have a jar. Make sure it is the real thing though. Excellent on slow healing sores etc.
(Honey is also great for gardening. When you take a cutting, dip it in honey before placing in the soil. Better than using chemical hormone powders or gels)

I wonder if it's only this particular honey or would other honeys work the same. I know honey can do some amazing things. It is truly a wonder food.
