Makes you think the program wasn't successful.

Yet it was.

And we think people that make decisions like this with OUR money can fix health care, energy or anything else?

Name ONE program the feds operate within a budget that makes sense that produces extraordinary results.

Just one. And, I'll have faith in "change".
