No matter how cheesy, Rocky is always good for an uplifting, get pumped, motivational quote (along with some great music that really makes it work).

Sylvester was one of my heroes long time since. Being able to overcome Polio (wasn't it?), and end up being such a hunk of a guy made a big impression on my young and girlish mind back then. Go Rocky!
