Blatantly, plainly, and clearly WRONG. What it amounts to is the government's denial at the end of life of pursuit of happiness (to say nothing of the denial of some form of contract law, given the presence of legal documents and the power they are supposed to transfer).

So stupid! What were they trying to accomplish by denying her family access?

I hope this gets appealed. This is begging to be reversed.
