Great article and it is so interesting that your beliefs are based on the ideas that you have formed which you believe to be true. Your beliefs shape your reality and your reality shapes your beliefs. So to reprogram your crown chakra it requires you to examine your belief system, asking yourself questions and becoming aware of the operating belief system from which you run your life.
