Dreamgirls shouldn't have won any awards anyway, especially jennifer hudson. Her acting in that movie was terrible, and she only got the award for her singing, which I didn't appreciate either. All in all she got the award for being a singer, in a horrible movie about..........music.

Stupid that a movie that isn't nominated for anything should effect what awards are earned for a completely separate movie.

I disagree with awedderien. Not only did Jennifer deserve that award for her acting, but Dreamgirls deserved to be AT LEAST nominated for Best Picture. I saw most of the nominated movies for that category and they were no better than Dreamgirls, especially The Departed and Babel. Horrible movies because they both were good until the last 25 minutes or so. On the other hand, Dreamgirls was good from beginning to end. I saw it 3 times in the movies and that's saying a lot, because I'm cheap.

Eddie should've won the Oscar, too. Alan Arkin was only in Little Miss Sunshine for about 30 mins. He basically got an Oscar for acting grumpy. We ALL should get an Oscar for that!
