once again, posted prior to my remarks.
Well, this is just fantastic; it renews my hopes that there is hope for us. For once, I don't want that hope taken from me.

I remember watching a documentary (or maybe it was a news report) on this when I was like 7. Nice to see it finally materialised!

The article says it's self-sustaining. I would have to see more technical papers on that to affirm it. It if works as advertised without using more power than is practical, they could be using this at ALL coal fired power plants. Think about it, you could burn garbage (which we have lots of, to make other energy, whether steam turbines ,etc. Nuclear power plants do this now, they just use the heat byproduct of the fission process superheat water and drive steam turbines.

i read that i cost $450M each and it can even get rid of radioactive materials, and the government of Vietnam had bought one to dispose agent orange, etc...
