I've been looking for a really good setup for a response to this sort of nonsesense, and in the comments (clipped separately) I got in a gooooood one.

willhelm isn't being paid anything. Like him, some of us are sick of the "blame America first" mentality that is being promoted around the world. Not everyone wants to live here; I'll grant that to some. But there sure are a lot of people standing in line and endangering their lives to come here. And there's a reason. America has it's flaws because it's inhabited by human beings, but it's still the best place on earth to be living. :~)
