dulios says: We have nothing to sell but fear itself. I don't think there aren't many people out there who to one degree or another hasn't as least recognize those thoughts. It has been proved that 9/11 was fabricated act .... and i have a doubt that Cheney and his group are planing for another bloody act. I don't think there aren't many people out there who to one degree or another hasn't as least recognize those thoughts.I know. And Mr. Cheney acts like the only thing standing between America and this catastrophe is trashing the Constitution and the Geneva Conventions. It has been proved that 9/11 was fabricated act??? It has been proved that 9/11 was fabricated act ???that's a 12 year old's attempt at imposing their perspective on to reality... Ugh, fear monger. The Penguin needs to roll back into his Sewer Lair and stfu. It isn't proved yet officially and to find out what really happen is our only path to resurrection. Impossible to prosper on blatant lies. He is not so stupid to understand that this is threat to all of us. Desperate threat from recent past. And so familiar... He should have been a lot more vocal when he was in office. He should have kept an open dialogue with the American people and the world while he had the power in his hands for the greater good. I don't know him well enough to miss him. What I do know of him is fraught with his health issues, missteps, lack of integrity and judgement all along the way! I'll never miss him. Polls show he is one of the most unpopular people in national life. It's a matter of public record that the neocons of PNAC were looking for an excuse - ""the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event -- like a new Pearl Harbor." - even before Bushco took over (the above quote is from a PNAC report published in 2000). Cheney was a signatory to PNAC's statement of principles. I think people realize he's a dick. In case you're interested, you can find the quote in the previous comment on PNAC's own website on page 63 of the text. I'm familiar with PNAC. I believe that the neo-conservatives had plans for Iraq well before 9/11. I do not believe, however, that 9/11 was an "inside job". There's no doubt they did have plans - they kept trying to goad Clinton into invading Iraq starting in 1998. In the near term,Among the signatories to the letter were Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, John Bolton and William Bennett. I do not believe, however, that 9/11 was an "inside job".Neither do I. My usual take on that is... Cheney is such a power-monger that he doesn't realize his part of the play is done and that it's time to let the rest of the cast play the next act. I think he's afraid he'll draw his final breath before he gets to see the reviews in The New World Order Tribune. Not believing in a conspiracy is fine, but believing the official fairy tale puts into question your desire to really accept reality. Follow the money, question authority, and understand that they don't give a crap what you believe, it was all about self-deception and glory in the first place. It was a chilling reminder of the main argument put out by the Bush Administration: Fear. Cheney left office with a 13% approval rating and many people think he should be in jail. He is not popular. He is not right -- and that's a perspective we shouldn't forget. But his words show how the appeal to fear makes the news and how the best hope for his vindication (and the Republican party) is to have such an attack that he raises fears about. The warmongers have not gone away. The 9/11 Ommission report is full of holes. But it is the "official" version so you better believe it or you are "with the terrorists". Mineta testified "during the time that the airplane was coming in tohttp://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/node/778 @citizenbfk - Yes and the warmongers have a cozy home at Fox News. @bartendingbear - co-sign. My only wish is that the conspiracy theorists offered a better alternative to the current system. Cheney is a terrorist, and this is proof. @ziggy, plus - Yes, the warmongers have a cozy home at Fox News...and at katsteevns houses and others. We do have free speech so pro and con will always have their say. We also have rights of Free Choice Listening. With the high stakes of the elections over I've reduced my consumption of listening to red-necks, racists, warmongers, pro-zionist extremists and Republicans. It's good. We don't have to listen to this stuff all the time. I believe we got the general idea: The people in democratic elections gave President Obama an overwhelming victory and the losers are not happy and have criticisms. What a surprise. |
