I'd say that there will be some crisis with respect to Iran in short order and that will be followed by an attack (by air) on Iran. kmcolo - I tend to agree, for some reason I think the 2008 presidential elections will have to be put on hold too as an Iran crisis will occur. Which means the exiting president can postpone elections (if I understand things correctly)....... pretty scary... There is no constitutional provision for a president or anyone else to delay an election or inauguration day. Both are quite clear as to when they should happen. So it would be quite the event if The Gang were to pull off a delay. Just to add fuel: Could it be the only thing scarier than a vindicated war-party president with a record high approval rating...is a desperate war-party president with a (near) record low approval rating? :-/ good point kore. |
