THEY ARE SPYING ON STUDENTS in the U.S.

ALREADY
This is from Guardian-- a British paper..

They've only gotten leaks about the government asking universities to spy on students that's why the headline says 'plans.' If there's anyone fluffing it all off it would be this lady:
Ruth Kelly, the communities secretary, reiterated that academic staff
were not being asked to "spy" but rather to monitor their students.
