Or he has learned a lot since he entered the Oval Office. Things probably look different from the "inside". Besides, we knew he couldn't keep all those promises; just talk to get the vote. The Presidency is a powerful pulpit but he has to work with others...that was the wise plan of our founding fathers. They just think they'll be God ... until they get there.
