Just the kind of things that make me wanna slap around the state secretaries on Health in many many rich countries. And the damn UN too, always the first to give others lessons on helping people. What are they doing now? What are they doing against this?

And she could, easily, as could everyone in similar desperate straits around the world, if the USA didn't spend half its discretionary income on keeping its worldwide military empire alive.

it is a sad reality that what is available and can not be had causes lives. fear of addiction? say, control it through the MOH. it is understandable that drugs if in the wrong hands will cause bigger problems. but to let people suffer when they shouldn't be is more inhumane.

The government, of any country, is responsable
for all of the needs, of its citizens, and should be held acountable, for the times that it, does not provide those Services, that are essential, for the
survival, of its CITIZENS, as they are the people that
elect them. All of us have this , as , a basic right

Facts:
Sierra Leone has received, in foreign aid, far more than necessary, to feed, clothe, and maintain the health of it's citizens. They are presently sanctioned due to the aid being pilfered by it's corrupt government, it's grotesque human rights violations, and tragically sad record in the area of slave trafficking and exploited children.

The fact is free aid has CAUSED this problem and impeded democratization efforts.

And, without America's present and past military spending, these conditions would be far worse on a world-wide scale because this is where materialism and ignorantly-misdirected compassion ultimately leads.
