<P>Exhibit A was <YOONO-HIGHLIGHT class="yoono-link-hover yoono-link-active-link" keywords="Mark Steyn">Mark Steyn</YOONO-HIGHLIGHT>:</p> <BLOCKQUOTE>Mark Steyn, a Canadian author and <YOONO-HIGHLIGHT class="yoono-link-hover yoono-link-active-link" keywords="political commentator">political commentator</YOONO-HIGHLIGHT>, speaking on the <YOONO-HIGHLIGHT class="yoono-link-hover yoono-link-active-link" keywords="Rush Limbaugh show">Rush Limbaugh show</YOONO-HIGHLIGHT> on Wednesday, accused Mr. Obama of trying to create a cult of personality, comparing him to <YOONO-HIGHLIGHT class="yoono-link-hover yoono-link-active-link" keywords="Saddam Hussein">Saddam Hussein</YOONO-HIGHLIGHT> and <YOONO-HIGHLIGHT class="yoono-link-hover yoono-link-active-link" keywords="Kim Jong-il">Kim Jong-il</YOONO-HIGHLIGHT>, the North Korean leader.</BLOCKQUOTE>
