Mmm right of reply is natural justice.I guess some will always manipulate system to restrict free speech to their view of world. A while back a Napster and debski had fire fight with him blocking her then saying 'good riddance', I put in my 2 bobs worth about wanting international free speech forum here, and not be subjected to US bible belt type censorship. That got er,, moderated I think not much point taking sides if one party can pull pin on others in this case he figured he owned the show.Feeling Brutally Inclined 'FBI"ha ha, but I self edit now because I like access to variety of content.

You need to get your 'facts' stright. The REAL Napster NEVER ONCE blocked anyone here AND only removed only ONE comment to date. DEBBYSKI (and a few others HAVE blocked quite a few others) and then went on to ridicule me in a closed thread that I could not reply on, but continued to receive emails with their snide comments. Seems the clipmarks 'team' missed that feature. Ooops. I could care less what people here have to say about anything, but if you spread lies or hate, you will be held accountable.

I fail to understand the Clipmarks' logic in allowing the first poster the option of deleting another's comment(s). The words in the clip are those of the original author. The clipper's contribution is only the title.

On what basis does that qualify him/her to be the arbitrator of which comments should be deleted. Common sense would indicate that he/she has a bias against commenters' alternate views and so the last to be given this power. What is the point ...

Michellezm has responded to my comment that has been deleted by Alexian. There is no point to my responding to it there as it is to be expected that Alexian will again delete my response to her. Evidence in itself that this duel 'censorship' system does not work and is not just.

Her response would make sense if Alexian 'blocked' me totally. Then I would not waste my time giving comment only to have some little-Hitler-type delete my comment. She appears to have missed my ... "I'm personal as much against intellectual boycotts as much as I'm against curtailing freedom of speech, but we must have some justice" ... completely.

That I must use this separate clip to make a response to her highlights the injustice of this arbitrary 'censorship'. Will we all need to have duel clips to guard against this pettish child?

The whole appearance of Clipmarks with this clip where more than half the comments are deleted also shows the deficiencies of this duel encouragement for little-Hitler-types.

By inference have I been guilty of malicious actions or personal attacks?
Have I been guilty of a pattern of malicious behaviour?
Or am I being personally punished by someone because I don't agree with but who taunts with "and you ratcatcher2...you clinking,clanking,collection of collagenous junk...are the latest troll of attrition...poof!" while I'm prevented having the right of reply.

I hope the ability and privilege of removing abusive comments on one's clips, is NOT taken away from us and most clippers seem quite able to handle that responsibility, in a fair and honest way. I hope one bad apple, won't take that privilege away, from all those who DON'T abuse it.
