By contrast, Limbaugh is not the elected leader of the Republicans, and yet they (including the elected leader) fall all over each other to not offend him or to apologize to him.

Why should you feel you have the right to judge others so?

I could claim that thousands of soldiers, their wives, husbands, children, parents and entire families, and untold hundreds of thousands of civilians have been sacrificed by the Republican Party at Bush's feet for an unjust and illegal war based on lies -- a war that took our eyes off the prize in Afghanistan, a war that diverted our troops from their goal of finding bin Laden and destroying the Taliban, a war that destroyed our alliances, our treasury, and our economy. How many people have died as a result of a lack of adequate attention to the situation in Afghanistan? We entered in 2001 and now it's 2009 and we're still losing and we still don't have bin Laden. Shall we just shrug at those deaths and hold them less meaningful?

When you defend these sacrificed soldiers and civilians as you would all the "babies sacrificed at Obama's feet," then I'll listen. But until that day, your argument is glib, one-sided, shrill, and full of shit.

Babies are killed by greed and pollution from businesses held unaccountable right here in this very country. When you defend all human life after birth against war, poverty, and greed by big business, then I'll listen
