We live in a commercial world where everyone wants their news and information, not just at their fingertips, they want it faster, quicker, better and more of it.

Copyright issues are bound to creep up. All in all, Scribd is a phenomenal tool to have in your arsenal if you want to publish...anything.

Not to be off topic, but the Scribd online community is actually a very effective networking tool, too. It may not be of the Facebook or LinkedIn caliber yet for smoozing, but I have been fortunate enough to make some very profitable business connections and forge a few lasting friendships through their in-portal communication network.

If you don't know about Scribd and their new publishing technologies, you should definitely check them out.
