Ok, most people can be civil enough to obtain their bank balance or check a few techy queries, but some people just love the chance to be rude, aggressive and visciously disparaging. You're the monkey on the end of the phone and it's ALL YOUR FAULT that Mr XXXX's mobile phone's not working.
And supporting you in your endless task? Here you have your Team Leader, a greasy and honourless human, who's gone direct from schoolyard bully to call centre bully.

Sorry for ranting, I know there's a million worse places to work... I just didn't enjoy my time served there!
