marijuana has something like ten times as many hydro-carbons than cigarettes do. Hydro-carbons, also, are what is most cancerous in cigarettes- they latch onto bronchioles in your lungs and promote spreading of cancer.

In the interests of Science only, I may test this theory out for a few years - I'll get back to you then with a verdict.
