Living in the US this was the only coverage I've read and the one I saw made it appear to be more sinister than the one you gave. One promising piece of info: One pilot scheme involving these "custody panels'' run by the LGA andIMO, if we can keep these kids out of the system the better the chance that they can be saved. Still, turning your home into a prison is not a good idea. Period. |
