Now, giving your logic, suppose the UK decided it could solve part of its own Jewish problem and 'give' 2/3/4 Irish counties on the west coast for a new 'West Israel'! What's the difference? There were as many Jews proportionally in Limerick then as in Palestine. Bus them in from all over the UK and you'd have permanent majority no problem to this day.
