I completely agree with this. In a nut shell, "biological evolution" is only one part of the life cycle of the universe.

Two obvious examples...

Life is dependent on the sun, which is dependent on so many other laws of nature.

Biological evolution is shaped by behavioural mechanisms, which in turn are shaped by evolution (e.g. in-breeding).
