This is a good idea.

However, it has led me to a better idea, for which I thank you. I believe I will ask for a ground floor room from now on.

When I was in the Navy, we had a "relief" tube on our aircraft with tubing that would exit on the bottom of the plane. We were taught that we could breathe through the cone shaped device if our plane crashed and flipped upside down in shallow water. We all resigned to the fact that we would rather hold our breaths until they could flip the plane over!

Hope this is something that never comes in handy for me to know!
