I'm not overly that a militarist country like America would have things out of b-grade movies all over the place. Russia would be the same and there have been bunker buster bombs used extensively in the Middle East, especially Iraq.
I have been more concerned about the hundreds of camps across America capable of holding thousands of people. Can't find out much but the fact that they exist.
