lollipop10 says: That's long weekend here in Canada, as in the Thanksgiving long weekend. Happy holiday to you! Why thank you! Happy Thanksgiving lollipop! We're having out dinner tomorrow. Oh thank you Tanya, you too! Have extra for me Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas Everybody! Ahahaha, you turkey!! but no, no, no, it's not Christmas yet, don't even say that dirty word! Turkey?? That's it!!! It's Thanksgiving!!! Yea!!! Wait a minute, it's not Thanksgiving in Michigan Well not yet....soon When is Thanksgiving in America? isnt' it at Christmas? lol! It's the 3rd Thursday in November, Christmas is December 25th. And you guys, if I remember right, have Boxer Day on December 26th, which I never really understood. I was making a joke, because Christmas starts as soon as you guys have Thanksgiving!!! Yes, we have Boxing Day on the 26th like you said. To be honest, i don't even know what the holiday is for, i just enjoy the day off But i'll let you in on a little secret: this will be my first Christmas in years that i will actually be able to stop and enjoy it. I am excited, and so looking forward to sharing it with my kids! Oh yeah, that's true, it does start the next day when all the stores have big sales and people get in fights in the stores and sometimes shoot each other. It sounds like you're going to have a special Christmas this year. I'm happy for you, you deserve it. "shoot each other," ha ha, ur kidding right? Well thank you. I'll have some free time for a change...maybe i'll do some baking--orrr, maybe that's not a good idea. Cause then i'll eat it Woohoo! Happy Thanksgiving, lollipop! I still have to get the pies ready, and I can't wait....*pumpkin pie*drool...... Well, may be I am late in saying this: Happy Hols to you. Have fun, be happy and God bless you.. Happy Thanksgiving Lollipop @Coconutshell" hahaha, i can tell you're excited!! hope you enjoy your dinner @MugofCoffee: no, you're too late, thank you very much! @Ljsdesign: not sure if you're in Canada or not? Happy Thanksgiving to you too, if you are. I'm in New England but plenty of relatives in Nova Scotia. Cheers In Denmark we don't have Thanksgiving. We have Julefrokoster instead. (Christmas "lunches", though they last till no-one's left standing) They start about mid-November and are held every weekend and people eat, drink and are merry right the way until Xmas. Then you get a little break to sleep it all off until it's time for New Years. Oh TN, that sounds like a great time! And i bet you all save on gas, too--everyone can just roll home at the end of the night! If they can crawl at all, that is! Here's a video of a comedy show they did on TV about Julefrokoster and it's a teensy bit exaggerated (but not much . Cheers!! c{_} http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sevE7IaUOo0 HAHA!! whoa. |
