They are simply providing kids with a more cost effective tool that maximizes your tax dollars ability to reach and teach kids!  If you'd rather they buy Windows and all the associated stuff, then maybe you'd better call your legislators and ask them to raise your taxes so the schools can afford it!<BR />The schools don't care what OS you use, nor do they care what the business community uses; they aren't teaching a course on Windows use; they are teaching kids to research and synthesize ideas and write and communicate those ideas; the computer tool used is just that, a tool.
