Time to clean out the garage and get rid of all the junk (oops.. I meant to say collectibles) you've been meaning to get rid of.

I know Aunt Betsy's old sewing machine will be worth something one day - but hadn't you rather park your car in the garage - instead of having it full of stuff.

Think about all those cold rainy days... Aunt Betsy's old sewing machine was dry, snug and warm in the garage - but you were freezing and soaking wet as you darted inside dodging the rain drops.
