true....the allure of twitter....

I quite like twitter. Though I use it in two very distinct ways: One account is for close friends and acquaintances, and on that one I tend to treat it a little bit like an instant message chat that's always on. The other account is for following public figures and while I respond sometimes to their posts, I use it much less than the personal one. I don't keep people on either account who post tons and tons in a short period of time, no matter what it is they're posting.

I'm going to do a cross-country trip with a friend in the next couple of months, and I'll be twittering about our trip when we go.
