I wonder why they are proposing this ban? How is the burqa disruptive to public order?

Other forms of face coverings, such as veils, and crash helmets with visors that obscure the face, would also be covered by a ban.

This seems excessive. You can't wear a helmet with a visor? Well, here's to crap in your eye.
