 MetisCougar says: Do you believe? I do. Cougar Self Hypnosis. It's a good way to let the subconscious change the things that it can change while the conscious mind relaxes and lets it. Though modern techniques don't involve burning sage, the symbolism of a ritual (lighting candles for instance) does the same thing. But much delusion can come from allowing others to do the hypnosis, that have an agenda. And they usually take plenty of your money. Deep Thought and Reflection can be wonderful.
