I do too (think it is an excellant idea), my only fear is that the perpetrator(s) might retaliate by killing the women. It truly is a human travesty in many countries wrought with civil war, oppression, and no respect for human rights and dignities. Something must be done, and at least this might (hopefully) help a little.
