When you pop or comment to fast or too much they make you wait so you don't flood the site. I am always having to wait because I have 3 phases of clipmarking.

I'm intereted in the po limit as well... will someone explain... I'm still learning... and it's most frustrating when the clips I send don't get to Clipmarks, when I check...
I didn't think they were too revolutionary either...
Is there some form of censorship board or what???
