It's greedy fraudsters that give others with legitimate needs a bad reputation!

Spot on, Merrie. There are many more families that worked hard with Habitat to build their own homes there that did not commit fraud. In the article I read in the Houston Chronicle this morning, it said that when crime and violence started escalating in the neighborhood, the homeowners association took care to make things better. These families want safe happy lives like anyone and hopefully these women won't tarnish the reputation of others displaced by Katrina.
