(Not to mention white votes, like mine, that are really frightened by that kind of rhetoric?) What I love about an Obama McCain election is that it scrambles the map. Some blue states would definitely prefer McCain, while some red states are certainly leaning towards Obama. At last, we have a chance to break down America's polarization. Im sick of people using there colour when it benefits them but if someone else uses they colour to point out something negative they are racist...Have your cake and eat it too... I've been thinking... It's been a long strange trip since the Civil Rights movement, to the point where telling white people today that they can't discriminate against black people has now become "reverse discrimination," as if discrimination itself were some sort of inalienable right. If someone discriminates against white people that is called "discrimination" plain and simple. The use of the word "reverse" implies that the nature of descrimination is inherently white against black, and that somehow descrimination againt white people is the "reverse" of how things should be.
