I've had this installed for a while but had it disabled most of the time because it was problematic and intrusive, but kept it because of the great potential.

Well they updated recently, and I can now recommend it enthusiastically. The added search feature is awesome.

I have it set to not prefetch, but you might like it so check it out.

I remember your comment when I clipped Cooliris in last July. I've been using it for more than three months now and especially with latest update, it works really cool. But disabling prefetch as a default is still recommended anyway.
