This apparent "war on terror" is never going to end in my lifetime, so does this mean that the gov. will have rights that are exclusive to wartime for the rest of our countries' existance? This sounds like a dictatorship to me. Not being able to hold authorities accountable and knowing motives and info behind their actions is very dangerous for a democracy.
