From article:
Humans could neither develop agriculture or permanant settlements and in turn would move southward onto other parts of Europe, being pushed by the colder, unstable temperature from home. As the population moves, fights and even battles would break out within the mass migration. Resources within other countries would decline because of the sudden increase in population within their own country. In defense, some countries would declare war. ...
By the end of the decade, Europe's weather would be more of a mirror image of Siberia's or northern Canada's then what it looked like in the past. Unfortunately, the duration of this process could take decades and even centuries.

this is a well know fact that happens when an ice age occurs. contrary to some believers out there, ice ages are cyclical, as is the geo-climate, it is just on a geo-timescale, where us humans tend to think in terms of 100 hundred year increments, the geo-timescale is thousands of years, so approximately every 186,000 years we have an ice age. it is inevitable to occur again, it is just a question of when. check out more global warming - cooling stuff on my website.
