I've find this credible, except that in my experience, women bosses bully men who work for them because they think they have to "prove themselves".

I didn't know that Jorjor. That's just as bad.

I have worked for both ball busting women and men.

I prefer the men as I know where I stand and generally if you perform your job well, you are safe.

The worst bosses I have ever had was an organization run by three women.

Apparently, I didn't have the "equipment" to be one of their pets, so even though I outbilled my department members IN TOTAL, I was the red headed stepchild of the office.

And the women were shocked when I tendered my resignation and told them the reasons.

I'm a red head at heart. I get along great with them and we're of the same temperment. Since you brought it up..... And yeah, I prefer men for boses too. They're direct. I like that. I know what they want. They don't play games.
