Man I gotta try it! Reminds me of a Cajun Meat place around the corner. They have Turduckin. It's a pig stuffed with a turkey, stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with stuffing. Feeds up to 150. If I could find 150 who would eat it, I would give it a try. Settle down there BBear, and stop salivating on Debski's page.

OMG, Deb! That looks AWESOME!!! I don't have a smoker and am not likely to get one. I wonder if there is an acceptable cooking alternative? Good friends of mine are wicked with the grill. We have to work this out. DAMN, that looks good.

BBear, you should think about getting a smoker. There is nothing quite like having six smoked chickens at your disposal, and maybe some pork tenderloins. And in addition, your whole outside smells heavenly.

They are ideal BNM, but the clean up is a bitch. I gave away a gas grill because I'm too clean. (I can't believe what people eat off sometimes) On a smaller scale I love cooking out with an electric skillet. I think the taste can't be beat.

My gosh Debski don't you know electricity is a breeding ground for germs and bacteria? Germs and bacteria are drawn to electricity like a moth to a flame.
