ezsparky says: Health care is a basic human right. It is sad the US, the so called great human rights country, is the last to still not provide this basic human right to everyone. Being that the US is the wealthiest nation on the planet, it makes it all the more inexcusable. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and health care insurance. . . A human right is something that each human regardless of where they come from or live; of what race, gender or age they may be; who they or their family may be etc. can by default of being human deserves and should expect and demand if denied. When A culture or nation decides that basic health care is a basic human right, it takes a great step forward in making that culture or nation worthy of existing. Sorry! I really messed up that fist sentence in my last post... but I think you can still get what I was trying to say. messed? I give up.... Health careWhere is that in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights? have not seen it yet! If health care is a right then food should darn well be one correct? after all, I can live a whole lot longer without health care than I can without food, so how about universal food!!!! My brother did not have insurance when he broke his back and he received the best care in the world, he was back up and walking within a month, Medicai... Add sex next to food in line. ezsparky, I see what you're saying but this contender for the office has sadly gone pathetic in begging for votes. You see, she's the one who said GWB was pathetic in asking for oil for Arabs, but what is she doing different? They're both asking for something that goes against the free market economy which the great nation of America has helped prosper. If you're a poor in America then you're a SOL with no health, no food (I don't know about sex though). |
