And I do like carrot cake Coconutshell. Here is a funny story. My two aunts went to a restaurant once and ordered carrot cake. They had never eaten it before and thought the green specks were mold. The management tried to tell them, but hey, these ppl are related to me so you guessed it, the dessert was free. They went home and made carrot cake and were so embarrased that it had green specks in it . . . now that's redneck story!
