I'll also capture how many people follow the candidates' profiles. I guess the trend I want to figure out is how each of the candidates manage which profiles they befriend. Early on, I befriended and was befriended by John Edwards' Twitter profile. I befriended and was befriended by Barack Obama's Twitter profile shortly before the first Democratic Presidential Debate. My Twitter posts were a little more tame then, so I'm also curious to see how befriended profiles are monitored, if in fact they are. Will friends be dropped depending on how well they represent the candidate's characteristics? Are the Twitter friends even monitored?
