So many Canadians need medical services while "visiting" the US that
some American clinics have actually opened up offices inside Canada (1)
to assist Canadians who cannot get proper treatment in Canada and who
will mysteriously fall ill when they go on vacation to America.

Canadians have to lay out mucho dinero for American health care; yet
they choose to do that even though they pay nothing to receive Canadian
health care. It doesn't add up.

Here's an easy question: How many Americans go to Canada for an MRI?
If you answered zero then you are a lot smarter than Michael Moore who
thinks that Canada has a great health care system.

So, Canadians go to the US because we can't afford our own healthcare, even though going to the US will cost them many thousands more?

I think not... someone hasn't thought this through entirely.

When your are sick and dying, money is not the object. You go where you can get help and if Canada is lacking, they go to the U.S., the whole point of the article.

And the larger point is the author doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.

Those that don't have the money have to rely on the government. They don't have that option of obtaining the quickest and best health care.

The rest:

They probably earned their money and can use it for the best health care. Do you have more knowledge how about how everyone else gets their money?
