We have simply never seen a president this unpopular going into a midterm election.

I'd be surprised if Bush's approval drops below 30%, that would mean cutting into his die-hard conservative base. I guess Charles Franklin gives those extremists more credit than I do.

Two different ways to look... One is each poll individually, the other is the average of all polls over the month...

For the average, likely it won't be until late this year that he drops below 30%.

For individual polls, one of 'em is gonna drop below 30% no later than July.
