I was fortunate to have missed the Obama-Clinton "debate" last night because -- ironically enough -- I was speaking at a book event about the establishment media's essential role in propagating petty, insipid right-wing personality attacks in lieu of any substantive discussions of issues. </blockquote><div style="height: 2px; font-size: 2px; background: #dcdcdc; border-bottom: solid 1px #f5f5f5; margin: 2px 4px;"></div><blockquote style="text-align: left; padding: 0px 8px; margin: 4px 0px 8px 0px; background: transparent; border: none;" cite="http://www.salon.com/opinion/greenwald/2008/04/17/debate/index.html"><P>
